if i manage a country and go to a club i always take them with me lol

When I first take over a club. I look at everything from top to bottom. If wages allow employ some more coaches. Decide what tactics to use. Set out my training. Decide what players need shipping out. I find it the most boring part of FM.

I always go on holiday between matches in non transer window. It saves alot of time, but occasionally I miss out on big info.

I have holidayed before and found out my Assistant Manager had left only after the start of a new season and could not figure out why I had no friendlies arranged as I normally leave him to sort all that out.

Similar thing happened to me. I always have reject bids. But once I found out I managed to sell my star player? Proberly chairman intervened, but still!

i always try and buy a legend still playing or a iconic player, for arsenal i always get henry, boro i get juninho etc:D
